Refund Policy

1. Service Contracts
Refunds for security service contracts are subject to the terms specified in individual service agreements. Early termination may be subject to notice periods and applicable fees.
2. Event Security
Event security bookings cancelled more than 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a partial refund based on resources already allocated.
